When converting prices to another currency a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. Mediterra Style takes no responsibility for any extra charges levied by your banking service provider.
Order processing
Once you place your order the agreement becomes binding. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to changeyour order please contact us at mediterrastyle@outlook.com . Once your order has been handed over to the shipping courier, we are not able to change or cancel an order placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and provide the correct shipping information before placing your order.
Import Tax and Duties
Depending on your order, Mediterra Style delivers to most countries. Customers outside of the EU: please be aware that your order may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All eventual additional taxes, customs duties, and fees are sole responsibility of the buyer. Any delay in the shipping process if the goods are retained by Customs office of the destination country are out of the control and responsibility of Mediterra Style. In such a case it is the buyer's sole responsibility to contact the carrier or customs office. Mediterra Style is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, if a customer declines to pay eventual duties, import tax or additional fees required. If the package is rejected by the receiver and returned to Mediterra Style, the customer forfeits the original shipping costand any re-direction fee imposed by the postal carrier.
Wrong shipping address
If you have filled in an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP at mediterrastyle@outlook.com Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. We advise you to reach out to the shipping courier of your parcel directly, as they may be able to redirect your parcel. Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Mediterra Style cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of packages.
Order tracking
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from mediterrastyle@outlook.com with tracking information. Please check your emails spam folder if you haven't received the confirmation email. Mediterra Style is not responsible for Postal services' mishandling, loss of, or damage to parcels, but please contact us at mediterrastyle@outlook.com if you have any problems, to see if we could help in any way.
